Our Values
NO CLICKBAIT PRICING: We hate discovering a cool product online at a “great price” only to have it cost twice as much at checkout. Shipping is free, so you only pay a few bucks for the tax and you're done—no checkout surprises.
EASY RETURNS: If you received a misprinted, damaged or defective item, please let us know within 30-days after you received the product. Send an email, with a photo of your defective item, to help@my80sstore.com. We use multiple product vendors and suppliers, so we will reply with the correct return shipping address. Be on the lookout for updates from us about when you can expect to receive your replacement item! For your troubles, we’ll happily send you a 20% discount coupon code for a future purchase at My80sStore.com.
ORDER THE WRONG SIZE OR WANT A DIFFERENT COLOR? Our print-on-demand products are created when customers place their orders. For clothing items, we provide sizing guides to assist with your purchase decision. If you’re still unsure, order the next size up. We want you to be happy with your My80sStore.com experience, so please drop us a note at help@my80sstore.com to let us know how we can make things right.
NO EMAIL SPAM: We have a Simple Minds “Don’t You Forget About Me”—not The Police’s “Every Breath You Take” (“Every Single Day, I’ll Be Watchin’ You”)—approach to email outreach. We’ll send you a note from time to time to share new designs, alert you to special promotions, or see if you forgot to check out when you have items in your shopping cart, but that’s it. The masses didn't use email in the 1980s, so clogging your inbox with daily emails would be so un-80s.
PRIVACY PROTECTION: We Won’t Sell Your Data. Ever.
ECO-FRIENDLY QUALITY: Our t-shirts utilize a direct-to-garment (DTG) eco-friendly printing technique that helps the ink soak into the fabric better and makes the print less prone to fading. Our vendors and suppliers have multiple manufacturing locations across the U.S. so as to efficiently deliver products and reduce transportation emissions.
FAIR LABOR: Our production partners are committed to ensuring ethical and fair-labor practices and only work with suppliers who sign an Anti-slavery or Forced Labor certificate acknowledging that the supplier will comply with all applicable laws that prohibit slavery and human trafficking in keeping with their own Supplier Code of Conduct. To learn more about Anti-slavery and Supply Chain detection, visit our friend from the 80s, Justin Dillon, at www.slaveryfootprint.org and www.frdm.co
CUSTOM PRODUCTS: We can do that! Have an idea for a custom or personalized 80s item as a gift or for a special event? Please get in touch with us at info@My80sStore.com
